European Commission approves state aid for six infrastructure projects of ADMIE, the Greek Transmission System Operator. Our Law office, under the lead of Panagiota Xylaki, prepared all relevant notifications to the DG Competition and advised the company through the procedure. Special issues such as “non-notified aid” and 100% of public funding of a project have been tackled with success.
