Kitsakis • Xylaki successfully represents the Greek TSO “ADMIE S.A.” in a multi-million dispute over the contractual liability of the TSO in the framework of the Greek wholesale electricity market. Apart from clarifying that the TSO is not acting as a central counterparty in this regard, the court also dealt with issues related to the operational liability of the TSO.
