Healthcare – Law and Regulation

Partner Dr. Panagiota Xylaki participated at the 1st Conference on Public Governance Issues organised by Panteio University of Athens. Her topic dealt with e-health issues, empasizing on the so-called e-prescription and on the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Dr. Xylaki’s practice focuses on Healthcare law and regulation and Social security law. She is a postdoctoral researcher in this field at the Law School of the University of Athens. She also specialises in Public Procurement and State Aid law.
