Vicky Blana specializes in corporate law, Greek and European energy law and litigation/law enforcement.
She studied law in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed postgraduate studies in both civil procedure law and commercial law in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
In the regulatory area, she has extensive experience in the energy sector, where she acts as a legal advisor of the Greek Transmission System Operator. She has also participated actively in the legislative reform of the Greek wholesale market, the coupling of the Greek energy market with the European Internal Energy Market and the establishment of a regional electrical system security coordinator in the Balkan area.
She has published studies mainly related to energy law.
Vicky Blana is a member of the Athens Bar Association and the Greek Association for Energy Law.
